To return simply send your order back to the returns address you will find printed on the packaging your order arrived in.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., your order confirmation email or packing slip).

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:

Sale items marked as final sale
Underwear, swimwear, or earrings (for hygiene reasons)
Gift cards

How to Return
To start a return, please fill out our contact form with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. Alongside reason for return (e.g. too big, too small) We’ll send you the return instructions and address.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We offer exchanges or store credit too. If you’d simply like to exchange for a new colour of the same item or a different size, we’ll be happy to accommodate for this.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs & we highly recommend using a tracked service.

If you return items to us outside the terms of our Returns Policy, as such these items may be returned to you.

All of our pretty pink packages are shipped promptly with Royal Mail Tracked services. You can choose between standard or express shipping at checkout. Both options provide full tracking.
