Returns Policy

Returns Policy

We hope you love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., your order confirmation email or packing slip).

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:

  • Sale items marked as final sale
  • Underwear, swimwear, or earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Gift cards
  • All footwear MUST be tried on indoors

How to Return
To start a return, please fill out our contact form with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. Alongside reason for return (e.g. too big, too small) We’ll send you the return instructions and address.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We offer exchanges or store credit too. If you’d simply like to exchange for a new colour of the same item or a different size, we’ll be happy to accommodate for this.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs & we highly recommend using a tracked service.

If you return items to us outside the terms of our Returns Policy, as such these items may be returned to you.

Postage

All items are sent via Royal Mail Tracked service.

£3.99 Tracked 48 (2-3 business days)

£4.99 Tracked 24 (1-2 business days)

Once order confirmation has been received, please allow 24 hours before dispatch.
