Returns Policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery date - unfortunately after this time frame returns are not accepted.
We offer refunds & exchanges!

Return postage costs are to be paid by the customer and a tracked service is highly recommended.

Start your return by filling out the contact us form with your order number and name or Email: Boutiquebybloom@outlook.com

Please contain your order number & name on a slip inside your parcel so we can locate the return easily.

For a full refund items must be returned in original condition and packaging with labels attatched. Any signs of stains, odours, makeup or other signs of wear will not be eligible for a return. We do not accept returns on items which have been washed, please follow washing instructions carefully.
If you return items to us outside the terms of our Returns Policy, as such these items may be returned to you.

Shoes must be tried on indoors.
Sale items are non-returnable/non refundable.

All items are sent via Royal Mail Tracked service.
