Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery date - unfortunately after this time frame returns are not accepted.

Return postage costs are to be paid by the customer and a tracked service is highly recommended.

Please contain your order number & name on a slip inside your parcel so we can locate the return easily.

Items must be returned in original condition and packaging with labels attatched. Any signs of stains, odours, makeup or other signs of wear will not be eligible for a return. We do not accept returns on items which have been washed, please follow washing instructions carefully.
If you return items to us outside the terms of our Returns Policy, as such these items may be returned to you. Our returns policy is a strict exchange or store credit only

Shoes must be tried on indoors.
Sale items are non-returnable/non refundable. 

All items are sent via Royal Mail Tracked service.
